The job as (Junior) Account Manager Aviation / Service Manager Aerospace Software
While there are many account management jobs available, we believe ours is unique. You’ll have the opportunity to visit places that are typically inaccessible and meet fascinating people, including those working in the military. Your role will focus on managing customer relations and providing service for their products. Your goal is to understand clients’ needs and identify fitting solutions, which should lead to additional contracts and projects. You will visit clients across Europe (about 25% travel). You will also work closely with our Sales team.
You’re eager to represent our company since you’ll be the external “face of the company” who builds lasting relationships with your clients and create a bond of trust while searching for the “pain” that we might be able to solve. For example, you’ll feel comfortable entering a room of 20 people and would know within 30 min. what half of the people’s interests are.

The ideal Junior Account manager Aviation / Service Manager
Ideally, you have customer-focused work experience in the aviation industry, combined with a technical background (e.g., HBO ICT, Informatica, or Technische Bedrijfskunde). However, we are also interested in your application if you have either technical software knowledge or customer-focused sales experience in a similar industry (involving long-term contracts).
You have strong people skills, easily make connections, can identify customer needs, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for the aviation industry. A driver’s license is required, and you must be able to obtain security clearance (NATO). Therefore, holding a European passport is highly preferred. If you do not yet speak Dutch, you must be open to learning it.
