Vacature: (Senior) Data Management Key-User

You will have 3 main focus areas:

1. Being the local Business Process Owner and Key user/trainer of the SAP GSI ERP system (SES module in particular)

2. Quality and availability of train failure data in Data Management System

3. Support Reliability Growth actions in cooperation with RAMS and Quality teams

You are visiting the Customers depot for your weekly meeting with your project team and the customer Fleet manager. The Fleet manager informs you about a technical issue with the traction control management system on a train. Together with one our Team leaders, you visit the train to discuss the technical issue more in detail. On your way back to the office, you call your Fleet Support Centre colleague to inform her about the technical issue happened on the train for checking the received data via our data monitoring system.

Meanwhile a trouble shooter calls you to support him to register a new notification in the ERP system with the data he just collected. You check the data and interface to make sure no errors occurred.

Before you are going home, you visit the Project Manager and together you review the KPI dashboard with the data you have entered the week before.

An exciting day, again you showed leadership and profession, and worked on team spirit!

- Being the local Business Process Owner and Key user/trainer of the SAP GSI ERP system (SES module in particular)

- Implement, configure & maintain the Data Management System, to ensure exploitability and usability of the data

- Review & monitor data to assure data quality and feedback to teams for corrective actions

- Work closely together with our depot team and our Fleet Support Centre which monitors the Customer fleet on a daily base

- Contribute to continuous improvement

You will work within our Project Team (partly at the NS depot Amsterdam and Alstom Ridderkerk site) which consists of a Project Manager, Depot Manager, Team leaders Trouble shooters & Field Modifications, Field Engineers and Data Analysts. You will work in a dynamic environment with different cultures and backgrounds. We act as one team and serving our customer in her daily operations is part of our genes.

Practical: We follow the cla (cao) Metalelektro which offers 27 vacation days. It’s possible to work from home (hybrid), we offer flexible working hours and a 32 to 40 hour workweek (your decision). We are searching for a candidate in range between € 3700,- and € 4900,- per month.

As a trainer, you feel comfortable training your colleagues with new SAP ERP skills. It is preferred that you have bachelor / master degree and it’s required that you speak fluently Dutch / English. As a person, you work accurately, have great communication skills and we can provide structure while working in a multidisciplinary team.
