Vacancy: Inside Sales Coordinator
You will assist your Sales colleagues and contribute to a successful sales process which involves supply of structural steel (beams / plates / tubulars) to Energy related construction projects across Europe.
Your involvement will include reviewing requests to tender, logging customer and offer data in our CRM tool, supporting best supply solutions we offer to our clients. This includes preparation of (sales) offers, sourcing steel from steel producers and steel distributors/stockists. You will also ensure that logistics and steel processing (cutting, painting) offers are in place and taken into account when establishing the sales offer. You will have direct contact with customers.
Once our customer places the order, you take care of the order entry process into our ERP system (AX) and support handover to our Project Management / Operations team for execution of the order.
After concluding a training program, and once you are up to speed in your role, you could increase your involvement by handling all our inter-company dealings with our various affiliated offices globally, meaning composing of offer, order entry up to delivery of the goods.

You will have an important role in acquiring new orders for technical, large scale and exciting energy-related projects. Also, you are involved in the sourcing process. As a company, we are expanding within the offshore wind market. If you are ambitious, it is possible to make a next career step within our company for example as an account manager (sales) or a project manager.
Practical: We follow the CLA ‘Technische Groothandel’ which has 38 holidays. Besides this, we offer a bonus scheme (max 8%), tax benefit for a gym subscription and a salary depending on your experience. It is possible to work from home 1 day a week.
The salary range (full-time) will be max. € 2.700 gross per month (for a starter) and up to € 3.500 per month for a more experienced candidate. You will start with a 1-year contract and our intention is to offer you a permanent contract afterwards. It is up to you if you want to work 32 or 40 hours per week.
Our office is located between Rotterdam and Bergen op Zoom. Please be aware that we aren’t reachable by public transport.
You will work in a small, informal team (18 FTE).
We have a tight team with a very ‘direct’ mentality. We work in 3 large open space offices where we celebrate our successes together. Our working culture provides you freedom and flexibility. You report to the Commercial Manager of our European office.
We are open for a junior / starter, but also for a more experienced candidate.
Profile starter / junior: You have a commercial bachelor diploma
Experienced? You have experience in a similar job within a sales department, Customer Service, Data Entry, Back Office or BID / Tender department preferable within an international organization.
It’s important that you already live near our office. If you don’t speak Dutch already, you need to be willing to learn.
