The job as Back-Office Employee
In the Underwriting & Broking Support department you will work together with the team of 3 colleagues and report to the
department manager. From the moment the underwriter has closed a deal you will be responsible for the English administrative
content handling and drawing up the insurance policies, including invoicing. The job is complex because of the international laws
and regulations, insurance conditions, compliance, insurance taxes and service level agreements and you are in contact with
various parties worldwide. Furthermore, you are a substantive discussion partner for your commercial colleagues (the
Underwriters) and inform them proactively.
Some tasks & responsibilities:
• Work alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in compliance with company policy.
• Assist the front office team and supports internal processes.
• Perform administrative duties such as making reports, premium and claims statistics, providing the insurance
documentation, booking the invoices, providing administrative support services.

The ideal candidate
You have an associate’s degree in business administration or related field and you have basic computer literacy skills. Of course

are detailed oriented.
