Vacancy: International Account manager – Poultry
Your challenge as an Accountmanager protein Poultry / Business Development Manager
You will drive the sales of our poultry products (fresh, frozen, and ready-made convenience items) within the European market. With increasing demand from existing customers and our ambition to expand by acquiring new clients, we are looking for a motivated professional to grow this business unit with us.
Key responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities: You analyze market trends and competition across Europe to discover new opportunities and develop strategies to increase our market share and translate this into commercial actions;
- Internal and external follow-up: You maintain contact with suppliers, customers and support colleagues to ensure that the entire purchasing and sales process runs smoothly, documentation is up-to-date and packaging meets EU standards.
- As our poultry expert, you’ll provide advise your customers and our other Account Managers.
- You will have influence on our stock levels and purchasing decisions therefore you’ll work closely with the Product Managers. You ensure efficient inventory management to ensure that our products are always available when our customers need them.
- You’ll be frequently in touch with our German sales office due to our focus on the German market.
- Travelling will be part of your job (to customers and suppliers).

The ideal Account Manager
We value your personality, motivation, and skills over specific educational qualifications. You are a driven, goal-oriented individual with strong commercial abilities, ready to take the next step in your career. You’re willing to travel within Europe to meet customers and attend food fairs. FMCG experience is preferred, and this role is ideal for candidates seeking a second or third career step.
